Aquaculture Reform (Repeals and Transitional Provisions) Act 2004

The purpose of this Act is (a) to repeal the Marine Farming Act 1971 and provide for transitional matters relating to the repeal; and (b) to repeal certain provisions in Part IVA of the Fisheries Act 1983 and provide for transitional matters relating to the repeal; and (c) to provide for transitional matters relating to the ending of the moratorium under the Resource Management Act 1991.
