Decision of the State Council on Establishing Administrative License for the Administrative Examination and Approval Items Really Necessary To Be Retained

In accordance with the 'AdministrativeLicense Law of the People's Republic of China and the relevant provisions on the reform of the administrative examination and approval system, the State Council has sorted out the administrative examination and approvalitems of all subordinate departments in an all-round way.
