Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government date December 25, 2001; Pursuant to the Decree No. 36/2012/ND-CP dated April 18, 2012 of the Government on the Functions, Tasks, Powers and Organizational Structures of Ministries and Ministerial-level Agencies; At the proposal of the Minister of Justice; The Government hereby issues Decree on the Functions, Tasks, Powers and Organizational Structure of the Ministry of Justice.
