Government Decree on Regulation on Licensing of Water Resources exploitation, extraction and utilisation and wastewater discharge in water resources
The Decree shall regulate the issue, extension, amendment, termination and revoking of permits on exploration, extraction, exploitation, utilisation of water resources and waste water discharge into water sources/ bodies.
