This Regulation provides for the allocation of the Special Allocation Fund for Agriculture 2012, by the central government, for the provision of agricultural infrastructures and facilities. The Fund may be used on any of the following activities: extension of agricultural areas; provision of water management infrastructures and facilities; provision of land management infrastructures and facilities; provision of government food reserve storehouse; etc.
