The present Regulation is formulated in order to intensify the administration on the import and export of endangered wild fauna and flora as well as the products thereof, protect and utilize, in a reasonable manner, the resources of wild fauna and flora and perform the Convention on the International Trade of Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora (hereinafter referred to as the Convention).
