Regulation on the Prevention and Control of Vessel-induced Pollution to the Marine Environment

This Regulation is formulated in accordance with the Marine Environmental Protection Law of the People's Republic of China for the purpose of preventing and controlling the pollution caused by vessels and the relevant operations to the marine environment.
