Regulations of the People's Republic of China on the Control over Prevention of Pollution by Vessels in Sea Waters

The Regulations are hereby formulated in order to prevent vessels from polluting sea water and protect the sea water ecotype as part of the effort to enforce 'the Law of the Peopleês Republic of China on
Marine Environmental Protection'.
